As your premier auction provider, we're proud to announce that Pool.com has been selected as the exclusive auction partner for awarding .ASIA domain names.

Unlike previous new TLD releases, Pool.com will not be accepting backorders for domain names. This function will be done by .ASIA accredited registrars. In the case where there are multiple backorders for a single domain, Pool.com will provide registrars with easy integration into the domain auction process.

The Sunrise period, beginning October 7, 2007, gives an opportunity for exclusive groups to register .ASIA domains before the general public and is divided into three phases: Sunrise 1 is for governmental reserved names; Sunrise 2 provides priority for registered trademarks and service marks holders; Sunrise 3 is reserved for regional companies. Following these Sunrise periods, the .ASIA Landrush opens domain name registration to the general public.
